Inspiration

Blue Zombie was inspired by a comic about Zombie Shari (the little creature on the left) made by Shari Hes of Survive Bad Blood Studios. I actually got permission via e-mail from her to make such a comic. Her zombie, based off herself, served a handsome male master as an artist. He gave harsh criticism of her work ^^;; Anyway, there are only 7 comics of it. You can read them here.

The violent 5 page introduction

I did this while at Savannah College of Art and Design's Rising Star Program for the summer of 2002. I took a sequential art class and for our final assignment, we had to draw a 3 to 5 page comic and ink it. So I used this opportunity to do the introduction to Blue Zombie. I got an A.

Site setup

The Blue Zombie site makes use of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. For the purpose of quicker loading time, the majority of the site is text based (i.e. there are not an excessive amount of graphic elements for decoration purposes). It is all hand coded in plain text editor. I don't care if you look at the HTML and borrow some code and tweak it, but for Pete's sake, don't make your site look EXACTLY like ours!
This site is formatted to be viewed at 800 X 600 resolution or higher. For best results, please use the most up to date browsers.
